Saturn Cafe Vegan Brunch Review
I’ve lived in the Bay Area for almost 4 1/2 years, and I’ve hit up almost every vegan joint that I can think of. One of my favorite places to grab breakfast noms (some of which are served all day) is Saturn Cafe in Berkeley, CA.
Saturn Cafe is a 100% vegetarian restaurant with lots of vegan options, and they’ve recently introduced a extensive gluten-free menu. Their prices are super reasonable (UC Berkeley students across the street must be stoked), especially considering most of their ingredients are sourced from organic and local farms.
While I’m not overly crazy about their entire menu (I’ve had a few womp-worthy burgers and salads), I do enjoy their brunch menu, in particular, their Vegan Spuds and Vegan Breakfast Burrito. I’m also a huge fan of their supergalactic ambiance, fun and retro table displays, and glittery pillars. Oh, and their vegan milkshakes (peanut butter coffee FTW)… OM effing G – totally out of this world (like, Saturn even). 😉 Best. Milkshakes. EVER.
Psst, Cinnaholic, my favorite guilty pleasure, is right round the corner, too. SUGARRRR! 😀
M’kay, enough blah blah blahsies, here’s what I ate for brunch this past weekend. 😀
